CODY STUDIOS is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors both online and in house. When someone visits our website, we use a third party service Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We use this information to help us understand which parts of our website are of most interest and useful to you.

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use a third-party provider, SquareSpace, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. When you book and attend a class, your details will be stored in our online CRM database ClassManager and you will be asked to sign a consent form allowing us to hold this data. We use this data to provide points of contact in an emergency and on occasion support our funding bids/reports. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent and we aim to ensure that there are appropriate physical, technical and managerial controls in place to protect your personal details. We will keep your personal data for no longer than is necessary and for the purposes for which it is processed, in accordance with our internal data protection policies.
When you use Cody Studios Wi-Fi, rest assured, we do not collect data about:
a. your device
b. the volume of data which you use
c. the websites and applications which you access, or
d. your usage by access time, frequency and location
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.
